Diary of the Awesome Me 001 || Video/Action right outside of New Bark Town

[There is an angry red eye in the screen, before it backs up to reveal an irritated albino.]

JAPAN!

[No way his hallucination could last this long, and he’ll be damned if he’ll let Japan get away with it.]

This is your fault!

[He jabs his finger at the screen.]

I know everyone wants me and my greatness, but kidnapping is illegal under international law! I demand compensation, and you better return me now or-

[There is suddenly a blur of colors, accompanied by a stream of loud German and English curses as Prussia trips over a row of bushes. Someone wasn’t watching where he was going while angrily yelling at the PokéGear.]

Uh – ahaha…ha…FUCK.

[There’s a thud and a view of the sky as Prussia drops his PokéGear and backpack in favor of running from a flock of extremely angry Spearow, hell bent on punishing him for ruining their nests.]

[He says this absentmindedly as he watches his communicator. There's a little blonde nation speaking to him, so he forgets to look for his Pokemon.

He stands abruptly, shouldering his bag. He looks at France with a mixture of disbelief and curiosity.]

Seems your colony showed up. _{What the hell is going on.}

[And, look, here's little Canada, toddling over holding his seel.]

France-papa! You found your friend!

[He's excited for you, but also a little bit shy. He hides his face behind his pokemon.]

H-hello.

We're dead. I told you this is Hell.

Canada!

Yes, I found Prussia. He's a failure; don't grow up to be like him.

[Whatever. Not going to argue this in front of a child that could potentially start bawling.

A-Ah...so cute.]

It's impossible for this kid to be Canada. [Gives France a Look.] He's an adult. Did you get brain damage and forget?

[Immediately scowls.]

Don't feed him lies about the great Prussia!

[Canada giggles and cuddles into France's arms.]

W-well... I-is there someone else named Canada, maybe?

[Canada nods.] That's okay papa, I want to grow up to be just like you anyways!

No. You're the only Canada. Prussia is mistaken as always.

You're such a good boy. Isn't he, Prussia?

[He frowns in response. No, really, what's going on and why aren't you telling him.]

Don't bullshit me, France. Is this some human child you picked up and named Canada? [His tone indicates that he thinks France is trying to relive the glory days, though he doesn't really blame him.]

[He nearly says aloud, "Thank God he didn't. At least he turned out somewhat decent." Instead he nods in response, he's not willing to deal with a crying child and an over dramatic, pissy France.]

Seems like a nice [WELL BEHAVED] kid.

[He nods a smiles.] Oh, good! People get me confused with America enough already...

[Canada looks over at Prussia and giggles.] No, silly, I'm a colony. That's why nature spirits don't get mad at me for petting them!

[He blushes and hides behind his seel again at the compliments, but he seems pretty happy about it.]

No. He's mine. My darling New France.

[He doesn't really know what to make of this.]

There's nowhere you can get a new colony.

[At least to his knowledge. He hisses in France's ear, careful to keep the child from hearing.]

You're fucking delusional! First Hell, now treating some child like Canada. You're lucky he's here, or I'd knock you to your fucking senses!

[Canada is loving all of this attention. But he's also confused by the furious adult whispering. But, well, that's okay, he knows not to pry. He does, however, get a closer look at Prussia, and proceeds to tug on his sleeve.]

Your eyes are red... Does that mean you're special? I think they're pretty!

God gave him to me, so shut up! I don't want to fall any lower than I am now.

[Oh, the feeling is definitely mutual, France.]

[The furious whispering continues.]

I doubt God would do this. [He gestures angrily to the surrounding area and the Pokemon, as well as Canada.] What makes you think you are worthy?

[He was about to continue on his tirade when he is stopped by the tugging on his sleeve.]

[He can feel some of the anger seeping out the longer he looks at the colony. He gives France an angry, displeased look indicating that the only reason why this is over is because of Canada.]

[His demeanor suddenly shifts completely. He grins widely and ruffles Canada's soft hair.]

Hehehe, of course it does! No other nation has red eyes like me!

[Yay for Canada, both of the adults are paying attention to him! He smiles brightly when his father hugs him tighter, then giggles when Prussia ruffles his hair.]

Oh, wow, you really are special! I bet all the pretty girls want to talk to you!

I am not claiming to be worthy of anything in God's light except that perhaps He is giving me a chance to prove myself!

Everyone has different tastes, Canada. It is not good to assume such things. After all, you are very special. When you are older, you'll be so attractive that everyone will want you, but your are still too young for pretty girls right now.

Why would He do something like that?

[He does believe God is forgiving, so his snarky reply is really something borne out of the heat of the argument. But then, it was so difficult to believe that He could forgive everything a nation has done.]

[His head is growing even bigger, if that's possible. He's so smug right now, it's probably unbearable.]

Obviously! You're smart for a little brat! [Have another pat to the head.]

[He notices the sky again, and feels uneasy about it, though he doesn't know why.]

Stop wasting time, France. Let's go.

[Canada glows.] Y-you really think girls will like me, papa? [Oh, he's so excited. Girls are cute, after all!] D-do you think they'll want to hold hands? I've always wanted to hold hands with a girl...

[He giggles when he gets his head pat.] Th-thank you!

Canada is not a brat. He's the most darling boy ever.

Of course they'll want to hold your hand. They'll want to do other things, too, but you have to be older before I teach you about that.

[Have a kick to your shin, you bastard. Also, it was meant in an endearing way, dammit! And just to be an ass (he doesn't really believe this, he just likes picking on France):]

He was your colony, of course he's a brat.

[Groans.]

France, stop wasting time teaching him perverted things.

[He starts to walk towards Cherrygrove, not waiting for France. The guy can follow if he wants.]
